What Gonadorelin is
Gonadorelin is a synthetic version of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), the hypothalamic signal that tells the pituitary to release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). It is FDA-approved as a diagnostic agent and used in pulsatile form for certain fertility conditions.

How Gonadorelin works

A worked example
A 0.8 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 0.4 mg/mL. A 400 mcg dose is then 1 mL — about 100 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 2 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.
