What FOXO4-DRI is
FOXO4-DRI is an investigational peptide designed as a senolytic — a compound that selectively eliminates senescent cells, which accumulate with age and drive inflammation. Mouse studies showed rejuvenation effects, making it prominent in longevity research. It has never been tested in humans.

How FOXO4-DRI works
Senescent cells resist normal programmed death because the protein FOXO4 binds p53 and keeps it from triggering apoptosis. FOXO4-DRI disrupts that binding, freeing p53 to push senescent cells into death while sparing healthy cells. In aged mice this reduced senescent-cell burden and improved measures of health.

A worked example
A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg/mL. A 10000 mcg dose is then 2 mL — about 200 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 1 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.
