How Testosterone Enanthate works
The enanthate ester slows the release of testosterone from the injection site, providing stable levels over about a week — nearly identical to cypionate. Once released, testosterone acts on androgen receptors throughout the body to support muscle, bone, libido, and mood. Supraphysiologic doses drive the anabolic effects sought in misuse, along with their risks.

A worked example
A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 10 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 1 mg/mL. A 100000 mcg dose is then 100 mL — about 10000 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 0 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.
