What PEG-MGF is
PEG-MGF is mechano growth factor modified by attaching polyethylene glycol (PEG) to extend its very short natural half-life from minutes to hours or days. It is a research compound studied for muscle repair, with no human trials.

How PEG-MGF works
It carries the same proposed mechanism as MGF — activating muscle satellite cells to initiate repair — but the PEG modification keeps it circulating far longer than the natural form. Whether this prolonged action helps or harms muscle repair in humans is unproven, and PEGylation itself can have effects.

A worked example
A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg/mL. A 200 mcg dose is then 0.08 mL — about 8 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 25 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.
