What HGH 191AA is
HGH 191AA is recombinant human growth hormone (somatropin), the full 191-amino-acid hormone identical to what the pituitary produces. It is a legitimate prescription drug for growth-hormone deficiency and certain other conditions, but it is widely diverted for anti-aging and athletic use, which is illegal and prohibited in sport.
Research depth: 5/5 Decades of clinical use and full approval for deficiency indications; misuse for other purposes is illegal and risky. Human trials: Approved for specific indications. This measures how much has been studied — counting animal and laboratory work — not whether it works for you.
How HGH 191AA works
Supplied externally, it directly activates growth-hormone receptors throughout the body and raises IGF-1, driving growth and anabolic effects. Because it bypasses the pituitary, it overrides the normal feedback regulation that limits natural growth-hormone pulses, which is why excess dosing produces side effects.

A worked example
A 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 5 mg/mL. A 2000 mcg dose is then 0.4 mL — about 40 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 5 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.

Common questions
Is HGH legal to use for anti-aging or bodybuilding?
No. Somatropin is a prescription drug approved only for specific medical indications. Prescribing or distributing it for anti-aging, athletic enhancement, or cosmetic use is illegal in the United States, and it is prohibited in sport by WADA.
What's the difference between HGH and secretagogue peptides?
HGH is the hormone itself, supplied externally, which overrides the body's feedback control. Secretagogues like ipamorelin prompt your own pituitary to release growth hormone, preserving some natural regulation.
