SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule research compound known as an 'exercise mimetic.' In mouse studies it activated the same metabolic pathways as endurance exercise, increasing fat burning and endurance-like adaptations without training. It is not a peptide and has never been tested in humans.

How SLU-PP-332 works
It activates estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), which drive the genetic program for oxidative, fat-burning metabolism in muscle — the same adaptation triggered by endurance exercise. In mice this increased energy expenditure and endurance markers. Whether this is safe or effective in humans is entirely unknown.

A worked example
