A worked example
A 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water gives 2.5 mg/mL. A 200 mcg dose is then 0.08 mL — about 8 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe, giving roughly 25 doses per vial before accounting for residual volume left in the vial and syringe.

Not currently. The original branded product, Geref, was withdrawn from the US market in 2008 for business reasons rather than safety findings. Sermorelin remains available through compounding pharmacies with a prescription.
How do I reconstitute a 9 mg sermorelin vial?
With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water a 9 mg vial gives 3 mg/mL, so a 300 mcg dose is 0.1 mL — 10 units. Your pharmacy's instructions take precedence over any general calculator.
