Most peptide calculators are published by companies that sell peptides. This one is not.
We sell nothing
The Last Peptide does not sell peptides, vials, bacteriostatic water, or any product whose sales depend on what our calculators tell you. A calculator run by a vendor has an interest in the number it shows you. This one does not.
Clinician review, and where it currently stands
Content is reviewed by Charles Maddix, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. A page carries his name and a review date only once he has actually reviewed it. Pages still in the queue say "clinician review in progress" instead — we would rather show you the real state than imply a sign-off that has not happened.
Reviewed so far: the reconstitution calculator and its underlying math, every per-peptide calculator page, the printable charts, and the guides. The clinic directory is being reviewed in turn. When a page changes materially, it goes back through review and the date is updated.
How we present dosing information
Dose ranges on this site describe figures that circulate in published protocols, trial literature, and user communities. They are reference information, not prescriptions and not recommendations. We say so on every page that carries a number.
How we present FDA status
Every peptide page states that compound's FDA status before showing any dosing figures — approved, investigational, restricted in compounding, or not approved at all. We do not soften this. Several widely discussed peptides are on FDA's Category 2 bulk substances list, and pages for those compounds say exactly that.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, we want to fix it. Corrections are made on the page itself and the review date is reset rather than quietly edited.
